Watch Two Seasons of Star Trek the Original Series and Call a Doctor in the Morning

The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy opened this weekend. To prepare for this anticipated event, I rummage around till I found my fifteen-year-old copy of the novel this week. I was horrified when this thought popped into my head: This book is kind of dumb. Am I becoming a geek in my old age? My mind is just boggled.

And the movie got a rather lame review.

My new favorite tea is Formosa Gunpowder green tea. The smell and taste remind me of the tobacco people use when they roll their own cigarettes. The kind in the yellow box. I like it. Recently, while flipping through the Midwest Knitters Webring, I saw a link for Adagio Teas, so I have been browsing there. (I wish I remembered which blog.) Their herb teas look gorgeous.

Acquired some sock yarn. I did not, as I considered, call Knitpicks. Instead, I drove an hour and a half (approximately) to my LYS.

Dimun Shawl is still moving along. Cast aside the IWK padded sole footees. That cool padded sole was just waaaaay more work than I am willing to do at this time.

Just saw the movie, it was OK, not spectacular, but worth a watch. They definitely messed around with the story.
