Name That Couple
Vickie Howell has teamed up with Southwest Trading Company for a new (I suppose -- new to me anyway) line of yarn. It looks nice and incorporates the semi-exotic fibers SWTC is known for. What has my gears whirring, though, is the LOVE line; each color is named after a particular couple. Some of them I get but some I don't:
Sara & Maurice -- ?
Gail & Dewey -- ?
Peter & Mary Jane -- oh! I just got that one as I typed it: check!
Ennis & Jack -- check
Napolean & Deb -- check
Jack & Sally -- ?
Andi & Blaine -- check (shouldn't this be a little pinker?)
Mulder & Scully -- check
Harold & Maude -- check
Lloyd & Diane -- ?
Shelby & Jackson -- ?
Buttercup & Wesley -- check
June & Johnny -- check
Joel & Clementine -- ?
Her Craft line is named after knitters that Vickie knows so, in that case, they may be names other people might not recognize. I don't know if that is the how it is for the couples, either. Perhaps some of them aren't "famous."

I WUB's me some Mulder!
I can help you out with one.
"Gail and Dewey" - Scream.
If we figure out any others, I'll let you know. (they really should have put out a guide with them)
Okay, Google is my best friend.
Joel and Clementine - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Jack and Sally - Nightmare Before Christmas
Lloyd and Diana - Say Anything
Shelby and Jackson - Steel Magnolias
Sara and Maurice - The End of the Affair (maybe, Sarah is spelled with an 'h' in this one) or The Devil Made a Woman
a-HA! I thought Lloyd & Diana seemed familiar but I just couldn't get it. I also should have got Gail & Dewey but didn't. those other movies I've never seen. Man, you're on top of things Needlefingers.
BTW, thanks bunches for scoring our Chinese New Year tickets for us...you were the hero of the hour! We really appreciated it.
Glad to be of assistance. Would you believe I've never gone to one yet?
