Xin Nein Kuai Le!
It is still New Year's Eve here in the U.S.A., but in China it is already the Year of the Pig. People like me -- who were born in a Pig year -- are supposed to be lucky. Hooray!

Note: The title of this post is supposed to be Happy New Year in Mandarin, but I found it spelled a few different ways. Since my Mandarin so far consists of "Hello, How are you, I am fine, My name is Hope, I am from the United States, May I have some tea?," I don't really know how to spell anything.
