Mmmmmmm. Our tomatoes won't seem to turn red, and I had considered frying them. It's been a while since I have had them and this pic makes me want them even more.
Amelia is in very good shape. She has responded well to her diet and insulin. The vet said he has never had a cat get her glucose regulated as fast as Amelia. She's the bestest!
Ragged, that is what is happening to us. I bet we have a hundred green tomatoes and they just aren't ripening at all.
I was looking one over and ended up picking it accidentally, which is what led to the fried green tomotoes. They were good, though I don't really like frying stuff and probably won't make any more. I want some salsa!

and it worked well. I think if I'd cut them a little thinner, they would have been crispier. They were tasty, though!
